Who we are
Oblique Hours SpA is responsible for this website and the personal data described here. It is represented by its administrator. For anything about your data, write to hello@obliquehours.com.
This website
- No cookies.
- No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
- No third-party fonts, embeds or other external resources.
Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure, and we do not use that data to identify or profile anyone.
If you email us
We receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply to you, based on your request and our legitimate interest in answering it. We do not sell or share it. We keep messages while the conversation is useful and delete them within two years, unless the law requires us to keep them as business records.
Providers
The site is hosted by Cloudflare and our email by Zoho. They may process data in other countries, including the United States, which may not offer the same level of protection as your own. They do so under their data processing terms and security commitments.
Security
All connections are encrypted, and access to our email is limited to the company and protected with two-factor authentication.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or port your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@obliquehours.com. If we refuse or don’t answer in time, you can complain to the data protection authority (Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales). We make no automated decisions about you.
Our apps and games
Each app or game may have its own privacy details on its store page or in its own policy. If a product ever collects personal data, we will say so plainly there.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page, its version and its date.
